I am a second-year master’s degree student in Experimental Medicine completing a population-level analysis assessing the frequency of toxicities, health-care costs and survival outcomes of patients living with chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Outside of research, I enjoy volunteering in my community, exploring Vancouver and spending time with my friends and family. As your MSc. representative, my main concern is to improve graduate studies for both newly admitted and ongoing students in our department. I plan to do so by both listening to and voicing the needs of the student body during executive meetings and proposing and devising support strategies to better meet these needs. Feedback, concerns or questions are welcome, highly encouraged and will be kept confidential. I thank you for electing me as your MSc. representative and am looking forward to hearing from you all in the near future.
